Use Cosmetic Dentistry to Enhance Your Smile in Port St. Lucie, FL
Invisalign
Invisalign is a system of straightening teeth without the use of conventional braces. A series of plastic clear aligners are utilized to create tooth movement. Invisalign is recommended for orthodontic situations with mild to moderate spacing or crowding. They are virtually undetectable, easy to use and comfortable to wear. They are often referred to as "invisible braces" and are perfect for special events, working professionals, and anyone that does not want the appearance of wearing braces.
Invisalign®️ takes a modern approach to straightening teeth, and uses a custom-made series of clear aligners created for your mouth. The trays are made out of smooth, comfortable, virtually invisible plastic. Wearing the aligners diligently as instructed will shift your teeth into place gradually and gently, without the use of metal brackets and wires. When and how frequently you switch out your aligners is decided by Dr. Almanzar.
It is best to wear the aligners as much as possible, but they can be removed for photographs, eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing. A great smile can be achieved with little interference in your daily life. Most people won’t even be able to tell you are going through orthodontic treatment.
There are a variety of other teeth aligners on the market, however, we highly recommend staying away from any "do-it-yourself option" or any other aligner brand. They simply do not work as well and will set you behind in your goals to get the smile you want.
Invisalign®️ effectively treats a wide variety of problems and Dr. Almanzar can tell you whether it is a good option for you at your dental visit.
