Dr. Hans Almanzar was born in Queens, New York and moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida as a teenager and has been a native to Florida ever since.
He earned his Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University and graduated dental school in 2013. He spent an additional 2 years furthering his education at New York Langone Hospitals (NYU) obtaining an Advanced Education in General Dentistry with a focus on Oral Surgery.

Dr. Almanzar provides a wide range of services, his extensive training and experience in oral surgery, implant dentistry, and invisalign certification has allowed Dr. Almanzar to provide the best possible comprehensive service to his patients.
Dr. Almanzar enjoys continued education and has over 450 hours of continued education in implant sinus lifts, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.
When Dr. Almanzar is not working or spending time with his family he is diligently focused on furthering his education to ensure he offers the most advanced care to his patients.
Dr. Almanzar and his wife Kelsi met on a dental mission trip in Jamaica. They are passionate about helping people through dentistry. Since meeting they have also participated in a dental mission to Guatemala, offered free dental care to those in need in Atlanta Georgia, and worked in community health. They have two children, an 8-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy! They enjoy spending time with family, biking, traveling, good food, and playing pickleball!
Dr. Rife’s passions lie in guiding patients through the process of reaching their dental goals for functionality and aesthetics, as well as improving and maintaining each individual’s peak oral health. Her utmost priority is to ensure the dental experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible for every patient, emphasizing the value of building trusting relationships. At our office, Dr. Rife is known for her utmost patience with every patient, gentle touch, and meticulous attention to detail. Guided by her creative talents and artistic flair, Dr. Rife excels in creating beautiful smiles. Her journey into the field of dentistry was fueled by her commitment to living a healthy lifestyle and her desire to inspire others onto a similar path.
Originally from Maryland, Dr. Rife completed her dental education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore. After moving to Florida, she completed a General Practice Residency program at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in West Palm Beach and thoroughly enjoyed working with the veteran patient population.
Dr. Rife believes in staying active in expanding her knowledge of dentistry with continuing education courses. In the past year, she completed a course in esthetic dentistry & smile makeovers and received her Botox administration certificate to broaden her scope of practice.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Rife loves staying social and active. She enjoys connecting with friends and family and spends ample time outdoors. Some of her favorite activities include relaxing at the beach, walking, running, dancing, pilates, and skiing & snowboarding. She’s also a huge foodie and loves cooking and savoring different cuisines.
Dr. Jesse Lemoine is a highly skilled Periodontist and Dental Implant Specialist committed to delivering life-changing smile transformations through advanced periodontal and implant procedures. With a D.D.S. from New York University College of Dentistry and specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry from Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Lemoine brings both clinical precision and artistic vision to every treatment.
